Hello, I work for American Airlines and I just had the pleasure for working with Ellen Ross. I changed my dates and hotels several times and I couldn’t get my group of girls to make a decision. To make matters worse, one of the passengers in my group was not sure whether she could go or not so we had to keep changes different scenarios. Through the entire ordeal Ellen was very patience and professional. She went out of her way to answer all sorts of questions about the hotels and the area surrounding them. She is very knowledgeable about all the products that they hotels offer. Ellen e-mailed me this morning with the travel voucher and I was thrilled that she was able to get us confirmed since we just booked last night and we are arriving on Monday. As we say at American; Ellen has gone above and beyond and you are lucky to have her as an asset to your Company.

Sorry I missed you when I phoned while in NY.
I left Long Is and had two nights in Boston (great city) before joining the cruise. Tour of Kennedy Space Centre was fantastic, Key West very interesting, Georgetown good, Cartagena good tour. The main focus of my cruise was the Canal. I stayed on deck most of the way and was not disappointed with the whole experience. I thought that Holland America struggled to find interesting tours for Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Guatemala. Mexico was ok.
I like sailing with Holland America. Their fares through Perx are attractive and they are well organised on board. I heard some passengers complain about the food and some cabin disruptions, but I was very happy with my cruise.
Now planning the next one. I will be in touch with you.
Best wishes, MP
